The first wedding for the 2015/2016 wedding season and it just happened to be in a little corner of my world that I especially love - I spent lots of holidays here with my cousins when I was growing up and it's always great to come back. Take a look at this quaint little church in Bannockburn where Kerry and Scott declared their love to one another in front of their friends and family. As you can see the sun shone brightly for their big day and Central Otago gave us some stunning scenery as a backdrop for some fun photos. Kerry and Scott are a fabulous couple and we loved being a part of their wedding day. Everything about this day was perfect and I've chosen a few of my favourite moments of the day to share with you as we kick off a brand new wedding season.
Miss Bella didn't quite make the cut to be a member of the bridal party
but she still featured in the celebrations.
Isn't she a little cutie?
Introducing Jana-Marie.
She wins the prize for being the prettiest, most helpful and best photographer's assistant ever.
A huge thank you for all your help Jana-Marie!
Ooooh Kerry - you are stunning.
One of the most relaxed brides I've had the pleasure of working with -
she doesn't look one little bit nervous, does she?
These ladies had Kerry well sorted - just a few finishing touches before Scott sees his gorgeous girl.
A proud dad moment - and doesn't he look happy!
Another happy man - Scott's first glimpse of his wife to be - and he's looking pretty impressed.
Stewart Town - a hidden gem in the hills behind Bannockburn. Just perfect for some rustic romance.
Just love this old building...I remember picnicking here with my cousins as a child.
Who would have thought I'd be back here working as a photographer one day.
A little Olive Grove on the way back to town - a tiny bit too sunny maybe, but it still looked amazing.
Old Cromwell - the lake and some more rustic loveliness.....perfection.
You just have to love a spring wedding - especially when you can find an orchard in full bloom to play in. Thanks to Webb's Orchard for putting on such a magnificent display for us.
A little sweetness to finish of a lusciously large long weekend blog.
Scott and Kerry - you were amazing - your bridal party was awesome and Rob and I had the best weekend in Cromwell with you all. Wishing you both a lifetime of love and laughter.
